DIY Paper Heart Garland
Paper Heart Garland
This is the perfect DIY project for Valentine’s day. It is a very simple project, using materials you most likely have. This heart garland would also make a fun project to include the kiddos.
To start you will need scissors, hole punch, string or twine, and paper (I used book pages although news paper would give the same look.) Fold your book pages in half, along the fold, you will cut half of your heart shape. Once you unfold, the full heart shape should remain. Continue, until you have the desired amount of hearts. Using the hole punch, make two holes in each heart. String the hearts onto the string or twine, you can spread them out as close or as far as you would like. Then hang your garland!
You’ve created a super fun garland! This eco-friendly project is simple and only takes a few minutes. It is perfect for a quick project with the kids or just to elevate your space for the holiday. Feel free to change out the book pages for colored paper to add a fun flare to the project.
